Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes LYON DIVISION • Participation in the awareness-raising actions targeting the radon advisors of the Prevention and Occupational Health Services (SPST) under the 4th Regional Occupational Health Plan (PRST 4). Bourgogne‑Franche‑Comté DIJON DIVISION • The stakeholders were asked to adopt a cautious approach due to the presence of karst subsoils in the Bourgogne‑Franche‑Comté region. Karsts are effectively likely to influence the levels of radon in the air and are not taken into account at present in the mapping of the radon potential at the municipal scale. IRSN is currently conducting a complementary study to determine the influence of karsts on the radon potential (action 9 of the National Plan for Radon Risk Management). • Participation in the regional network baptised “Éclaireurs QAI‑radon” (Interior Air Quality Pathfinders – Radon) which facilitates the joint development of awareness-raising actions on the theme of radon and indoor air quality in Bourgogne‑Franche‑Comté. In this context, the Dijon division notably participated in the organisation of a webinar on the regulatory provisions regarding radon risk management in partnership with the ARS and the General Directorate for Labour (DGT). This network is moreover continuing its radon awareness-raising actions and acts as a facilitator in mobilising the partners for the home remediation actions. Bretagne / Pays de la Loire NANTES DIVISION • Confinancing under the 4th Regional Health and Environment Plans (PRSE 4) for the Pays de la Loire and Bretagne regions of eight new actions to accompany private individuals in conducting voluntary campaigns to measure radon in the home and participation in several public kick-off meetings for these campaigns, supported by the ASN Head Office and the CSTB. • Involvement in the various working groups set up for the PRST 4 plans of the two regions having resulted more specifically, in Pays de la Loire, in the production of a video on the measurement methodology and a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) intended for employers. • Raising the radon risk awareness of employees and public sector agents working closely with the regional division (Dreal, ANCOLS(1), DRAAF(2), OFB(3), Maison de l’Administration Nouvelle (New Administration House) – to which Cerema(4) is attached, through five sessions organised for the Risks Action Day and the European Radon Day which were held on 13 October and 7 November 2024 respectively. • Development of a communication aid for the organisations accompanying the deployment of the radon awareness-raising and measurement in the home campaigns. Grand Est STRASBOURG AND CHÂLONS‑EN‑CHAMPAGNE DIVISIONS • Within the framework of the PRSE and PRST of the Grand Est region, organisation with the ARS and the Dreets of a one-day seminar attended by 80 people from different horizons (representing local authorities, prevention and occupational health companies and services) on the challenges concerning public and occupational health, the applicable regulations and lessons learned from experience. Nouvelle‑Aquitaine / Occitanie BORDEAUX DIVISION • Within the framework of the PRST 4 of the Nouvelle‑Aquitaine region, participation in the project coordinated by CARSAT (Pension Insurance and Occupational Health Fund) with the aim of producing and distributing an awareness-raising video on the dangers of radon intended for employers and to develop an on-line application on prevention of the radon risk in the professional environment. Normandie CAEN DIVISION • Participation in the various working groups set up within the framework of the Normandie region PRST 4. Provence‑Alpes‑Côte d’Azur / Occitanie MARSEILLE DIVISION • Introduction of two inspectors from the occupational risks prevention service of the Management Centre of the Gard département (CGD 30) to the regulations concerning radon drawn from the Environment Code, the Public Health Code and the Labour Code. This service is responsible for the occupational health and safety inspections of the 301 local authorities in the Gard département.
