ASN Resolutions

The 13th June 2006 Act lists the various categories of regulatory or individual resolutions issued by ASN, for instance:

  • regulatory resolutions of a technical nature for implementation of decrees or orders issued concerning nuclear safety and radiation protection;
  • basic nuclear installation (BNI) commissioning authorisation;
  • authorisations or approvals concerning the carriage of radioactive substances or medical facilities and equipment utilising ionising radiation.
