This report was sent at the beginning of September 2007 to the IAEA that provides the secretariat for the meetings of the Contracting Parties and that will therefore distribute it to other Contracting Parties (60 as of September 28th) . It will be reviewed at the fourth review meeting due to take place at IAEA headquarters (14 - 25 April 2008).
